Please allow up to 12 working days turnaround, it is usually much quicker but it is just a small family business, worked around our day jobs and three kids so we don’t want anyone to be disappointed

Please check that spelling of the name/word is correct before checking out as all custom names/words will be made according to how it is spelt in the note

The ends of the wire have been rounded for safety however the knitted pieces are very delicate and must be handled with care.

There is a possibility that the wire MAY become exposed. To fix this, very gently adjust the yarn to cover the wire. We recommend small nails or 3M hooks to hang your piece. DO NOT use Blu-Tak, Velcro, tape or anything sticky as it may damage your item.
